White variety cultivated in Galicia (by the Sil and Miño valleys) in the D.O.Valdeorras and D.O. Monterrey.

Small-medium berries, ellipsoidal in shape and green colour when ripening.

Sensitive to oidium and botritys. Slightly sensitive to mildew and escoriose.
High fertility, providing high yields. Requires dry and warm soils.
Produces wines with very good organoleptic characteristics. Its alcohol content can be between 12 and 13.5º, with a total acidity of 5.5 to 7.
