RICHTER 110

Berlandieri Resseguier núm. 2 x Rupestris Martin.

It is the most widely used rootstock in Spain due to its great adaptation to different soils and conditions.

It provides great vigour to the vine and has a high resistance to drought and to damp subsoils, although it is not resistant to permanent damp conditions.

It has a shallower root system than the Richter 99; therefore, it adapts better to shallower and looser soils.

The fruit set in grafted varieties is good, except in highly fertile soils, where it could be too vigorous. It is suitable for low or medium quality soils.

Active limestone resistance: 17%.
