Worldwide valued variety for the large fruit size and qualities. It is superior to others for its high sugar content, less bitterness and high nut consistency.
Very well adapted variety to central Spain for its late blossom.

Variety released in Kerwan area (Iran) by an open pollination

Medium vigour with a short young period. Production is alternate bearing.
It produces a high proportion of empty and low dehiscence fruits (mostly in drought).
BLOSSOM
Late blossom (D phase around the 3rd week of April) with 1000 hours chilling requirement.
