AGRICULTURAL CHARACTERISTICS
This olive fruit has a big size and the variety has a good yield. Late ripening time, therefore it is loosening resistant. It is rustic but not cold resistant. Sensitive to leaf spot disease and anthracnose. Medium resistance to tuberculosis and olive-fly.
MORPHOLOGY
Leaf: Elongated, lanced shape
Fruit: Large size, asymmetrical with hunchbacked shapes. Marked nipple.
Stone: Elliptical, with round tip and pointed base. Mucro.
PRODUCT
Its oil content has a very good quality and high industrial yield .It is a good complement with other varieties like Picual and the result is a fruity, nice oil. It can also be used green. It is very popular.
